Who is responsible
This website and its waitlist are run by Roberto Sartori, Zugerstrasse 29, 8816 Hirzel, Switzerland, for the WildAxle project. Write to hello@wildaxle.com for anything about your data.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store:
- your email address;
- the vehicle you chose;
- the country your request came from, as reported by our hosting provider (we do not store your IP address);
- the date you joined or last updated your entry.
That is all. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Why
To email you when WildAxle opens, and to learn which vehicles to support first. We send nothing else, and we never sell or share the list. We rely on the consent you give by joining, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Bot protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. To do that, Turnstile processes technical data about your browser and your IP address. It sets no cookies on this site and is not used for advertising. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy notice.
Where your data is kept
Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the waitlist in a database located in Western Europe. Cloudflare acts as our processor and may handle technical data in other countries under the safeguards of its data processing terms. Email sent to hello@wildaxle.com is handled by Fastmail.
How long
Until WildAxle opens and we have sent the launch email, and in any case no longer than 24 months after you joined. Then we delete your entry.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your entry at any time, without giving a reason: write to hello@wildaxle.com from the address you signed up with. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the EU, to the data protection authority of your country.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
